THE PRINCE IN THE TOWER: A Romance

Writing THE PRINCE IN THE TOWER was fun.  The characters sprang to life as I wrote, and before I knew it, they took over.  I felt as if I were taking dictation when “Effie” and “Gideon” interacted.

Paperback editions of THE PRINCE IN THE TOWER are available at Amazon.com and Barnes&Noble.com.  The e-book edition is formatted for Amazon’s Kindle.

I’ve been checking out your blogs. Well done, Lynn. Exceptional! The photos and videos are beautiful; the message is powerful. The “Daily Laugh” is fun–and therapeutic. Your blogs are models of perfection. I’m new to blogging, but you are giving me creative ideas. Many thanks!

Thank you! God bless you for the kind comments. I think readability has been most important. I’m fairly new too..I just started blogging in May of this year. Readability of my blog has been very important. I used to have the sidebars over cluttered and a lot of overly colorful stuff..and people would just skip past that. So I found some of the best blogs for a little unique design and readability..and that worked with my content. I also do people’s websites for free..if you ever need any help, let me know. You’re so kind…thank you so much for the nice words. You’ve been a blessing, and an encouragement! I can’t thank you enough. ♥♥♥

Okay…you can’t read this one! LOL I’ll tell you one you will like..it has a semi transparency, yet it is readable.. CLEAN HOUSE Type it in the search bar in the themes area… choose the plain white one. You can add a background and a header..like I have. Here is a sample site I created ..well, two sample sites..with this theme. The other two theme options are too transparent..

I made their headers too. Let me know what u think.

I don’t know what part of the world you are in …. but I will be on here tomorrow during the day and eve. If you need help and you like what you see on the links I gave..I hvae more..if you go to my blog roll..there is also a man called “His Servant” All of these people had (I hope they never see this..lol!) the most awful blogs..they knew it too… you ever see the backs people put on that are a bunch of the same thing in squares? Or you can see the lines of separation? They were just a mess. I wen to them and told them that their blog looked really bad! I know I know..that sounds awful. I felt bad for them because they were posting some really good articles but it was hard to concentrate to read because everything was a mess, and their traffic was suffering. I want traffic so people are blessed..I don’t personally care about numbers. Of course, when my books are at…yes, I want more traffic so people will get the books and be blessed by them! God has a message he wants people to read! When you have time to check out the excerpts in my dropdown menu below my gravatar (Eternal Soul Series) You’ll have to let me know what you think. Buzz me tomorrow… Lyn.Leahz@att.net There’s a DOT in between Lyn and Leahz incase it’s not visible. Just title the email HELP! LOL I’m off to bednow..its 1234 a.m. w hooh! Late! GOD BLESS YOU!!!!!!

Did you do everything as pages instead of posts? If you do it as posts, you have categories..a dropdown menu..that has no limitations. The pages are limited. That’s all there is..the page. I’ll be around tomorrow, like I said, if you need help. WordPress isn’t too user friendly when you’re first figuring it out.

Hey, one of my comments went to your spam becuase I put some links in it…your spam folder in the comments area in your dashboard. I have two sample pages I did listed. You’ll have to go unspam it! LOL

I also have mine set up with a static page so it looks more like a professional webpage instead of a blog. In other words, when you type in m ost people’s URL’s here, it takes you to their most recent post. Mine always takes you to my main page.my About Me or Who Is page. I then have category widgets on the side that act as menus, and a listing of all of my most recent posts…. you might want to think about that too since you have a published book. You always want a clean, professional look. I gave you two links of pages I did with headers I made…these two people didn’t want the web page look..they wanted a blog look..so they don’t have static pages. Their latest posts are all on their front page. I did Steve’s menus up top and everything… (For His Glory)

Like I said, let me know if you need any help. The other people I’ve done blogs for had a great increase in traffic after I gave them a ‘face’ lift! LOL! I’ve always loved stuff like that..I enjoy it..so don’t be shy! I will look at your other site real quick before I head to bed. Nighty night!

I can re design the whole thing for you..which would involve playing around..and trying stuff..which means you might from time to time see something you don’t like as I’m trying different things..but know that I have very good taste and would not leave something that looks bad… I would need your username and password, and you’d have to trust me that I don’t keep those and never in a million years do I get into people’s private stuff or go back into their blog without consent. If you need any references, you’re more than welcome to email the people whose blogs I have fixed for them. Just know that, like you were trying stuff last night..you might see something that looks ‘not so good’ for a second as I am trying out different things. Do you have to have this header? Or better, what things are you willing to change…what are you open to and what things do you have to keep… What are your favorite colors? I can build you a professional, readable website that will increase your traffic, but u would have to trust me in Christ, because I know you don’t know me from Adam! LOL

Whenever you want me to mess around with it..email me your username and pass and I’ll message you first to let you know when I’m on there. It won’t affect you or anything you’re doing on yoru blog. You won’t have to log off or anything. But you won’t be able to mess with themes and theme related things at the same time I am or it will mess everything up.. lol!
